How to Remove Malware Rogue Smart Protection 2012 by Britec

I got rid of this virus,but without these programms,anyway: now I noticed I dont have Windows Defender and Firewall anymore. Anyone got the same problem.

@Britec09 is it really necessary I get other scanner tools like Malware bytes installed in my system, when I've already got Kaspersky 2012 internet security installed in my pc already?

Did anyone else notice how it said " Heuristics.Reserved.Word.Explo­it and it said desktop/winlogon.exe aka the file UVK, because you changed the name of it soo UVK is a virus..

I've battled with a similar rogue fake anti-virus software on my dad's laptop and I did use similar methods of finding where it was located (buried appdata in this case) and none of the windows tools worked or any browsers. So, i had to use sysinternals process explorer to kill it and then deleted the offending .exes. Did a full scan with avast and mse and was cleaned out. I just LOOOVVEEE process explorer.

Anyone know where you can get samples of the rogue programs etc.? I ask because I like to experiment with different settings, and programs inside a virtual machine.And trying my hand at removing the malware. Teach myself! ;-)
