NYC has an excellent anti-discrimination statute for stalking victims. We need similar federal law. I was a law professor at Howard University and was stalked by a delusional, serial campus stalker who wanted me to be his "wife." I was "not renewed" after I reported it. I sued Howard, for sexual harassment and retaliation, in "Martin v. Howard University." Confused by faulty legal instructions, the jury found that there was no law to protect me.
