    sweet creepy ambulance

  • Old American cars are crazy ! From France

  • Buddy screw that siren and put a federal Q2B in it then u will have a proper vintage ambulance!!!

  • i love that cadillac ambulance but it looks funny LOL. great ambulance

  • Woodstock? I live in Houlton.. Right across the border and just purchased a 1970 hearse. I also have a federal siren in mine but not sure of the model.

  • In my neck of the woods in CA, Code 1 is "Routine," no lights or siren, Code 2 is "Urgent," no lights or siren but expedite response, Code 3 is "Emergency," use Lights and Siren, Code 4 is "No further assistance is required," Code 5 is "On a stake-out," Code 6 is "Busy" or "On a call," and Code 7 is the all-important dinner or lunch break.

  • that is a cool car love them old ambulances.

  • Code 3, down here running hot is referred to as Code 1.

  • code 3?

  • I have never heard of a model O siren by Federal. What is the diameter of the rotor? Sounds like it might be a 6" model E.

  • beautiful! :D

  • I am in New Brunswick, Canada

  • looks kinda creepy :/

  • Awesome! The town I grew up in near Chicago had a 1966 white over red Pontiac Bonneville ambulance as their first fire department EMS unit. It had a little lower roof than this classic one. I remember those days well...

  • @parkman35 Where at?

  • @RJBFIRECHIEF1 Lockport, IL

  • @RJBFIRECHIEF1

Not sure if you recall, but do remeber in the 63-66 era, Lockport FD had a WHite Snorkel? Someone said no, but then maybe.

I saw one operating in Plainfield when the burned down a house for training. I lived in PF and yes, they have White Fire Engines, any chance you recall?

Also, do you remember Gaynor Ambulance and Evergreen Amb from Joliet? Any photos or info? Evergreen had a Window van. Thanks.

  • very nice!

  • That was great!! Looking forward to a clip with a real coaster siren mounted on your pro car!!

  • The plan is to install my B&M S8 this winter, so that I'll be able to kick some Federal Q's butt this summer. LOL!!!

  • That is such a good plan! I get so tired of the Q2b sometimes.. It's like belly buttons. (Everyone has one)

    Keep us posted!!

  • thanks

  • Looks like something that you really might see in a rural area.

  • Love it love it !! Remembers me Kingston 2000 international meet !!
