  • If you can remember your Canned Heat Daze, your a bad motherfucker!

  • Darned good stuff for a bunch of white boys in 1967.

  • @KB4QAA white people got as much heart and soul as anyone! skin color is meaningless! everybody everywhere is cool! except for the new world order. CANNED HEAT glows in the dark!

  • If you want to see another good boogie - Check out Led Zeppelin live at Royal Albert Hall 1970... part of "How many more times". Crazeh!!!!!!!

  • If you can find a copy of Fried Hockey Boogie, buy it.

  • Gallagher is much easier to listen to, don't think anyone tops him wen it comes to the blues particulary when it comes to guitar playin Rory was on top of his game.

  • @dictator54 i like rory but they C Heat is good too both play this song as threre own so please don't compare.I love Rory too

  • they were incredible live back in the day

  • I've always looked upon Canned Heat as a prelude to Lynyrd Skynyrd. Both super bands.

  • I love Canned Heat! I don't think I can pick just one favorite song by them cuz I love them ALL! Thankfully, their music will live on forever!

  • The most badass nerds in history

  • Just good old boys. Thanks for uploading.

  • We old farts could Rock!

  • @keefer2111 You guys wrote the book on "How to Rock"

  • Outstanding ! That's when music was REAL !!! Today's young musicians just can't seem to cut it. Seems like the CULTURE, CREATIVITY, and REALITY are missing ! :(

  • soo clasic u cant beat that

  • You don't need no Doctor, you don't need no pill! RIP The G man!

  • Right to the point as always.

    Vestine is king.

  • I really like this version, I thikn Rory Gallagher's version from 'Live In Europe' is still king though. PS anyone know who wrote this old song?

  • Hi 333joemc... William Harris wrote and recorded this around 1928, search youtube "william harris blues" to hear the original.

  • @333joemc Gallagher is KING!

  • I'll say modern musicians don't have talent if you won't GAY. For those who were RNR from day one it all ended in 76 and your boring "musicians" are just copycat rethreads.

  • im just glad to hear the younger crowd diggin on the classic stuff. Cant beat it man. rock on dudes

  • I Actually Really Like This Song :)

I Wish Modern Music Was lIke This, Not Saying Modern Musicians Don't Have Talent Or Anything.

  • Well try to wake up...How hard can it be?

  • fucking bullfrogs hehehehehehe lol

  • fuck man when i wake up thinking bout my x girl,, this shit comes to my head straight after...hehehehehehe lol

  • A little info. They were never preppy or square!! Probably the best boogie/blues white band that ever existed. Their history proves that.

  • No shit. These guys were the hardest driving whiteBoy bluesband in So Cal in the early days

  • @talerdudansk I didn't have a clue who these dudes were until they got on stage. I thought they were UC students just hangin' out for the show! LOL!

See! We all started somewhere! ;-)

  • @sparkyization You were at Monterey? There is some you tube videos of Alan sitting in the audience listening to Ravi Shanker.Just sitting in the middle of the audience with everyone else.

  • @talerdudansk wilson used to sleep in the fucking woods every night! he was no square. he was of his times.

  • Hard to believe that this band of preppie looking dudes (at Monterey in '67) could get down with that mondo bitchin' Canned Heat signature sound. They all looked like pointy headed wingtipped squares. That changed after this gig

You can't judge a book by lookin' at the cover
