that happened to me but i was outside the Pokemon center and every time i walked to the counter the message would pop up. All you have to do is use the door glitch and then let the glitched Pokemon faint or as soon as you switch the Pokemon run from the battle.

Instead of it doing that, this happened. So then I went and transferred the rom from my xbox back to my computer and made a video of it. This was a completely new play through
