this song is NOT composed by Michael Jackson. As people said, this song is from the game Space Channel 5 part 2. If you take the booklet of the original OST, you can see that this song is composed by Naofumi Hataya.

Of course, the voices are form Michael himself, cause he dubbed the character Space Michael from the game. He really liked the Space Channel 5 series.

second of all, the song is supposed to be for a video game, probably from back in the day. all the video game music sounded like this.
