All he said to Yousaf was, "I don't want to get fined (for slow overrate) so just note the amount of time you're taking in arranging a runner for yourself ". He even made it clear to Yousaf that he's not blaming him for asking for a runner, even though in my opinion he is in his right to do so. Yousaf only had a bleeding elbow, which really isn't much of an excuse to ask for a runner.
