these "sons" are princes aka a prince is a son of a King (or in this case God) See Dan. 12: 1 - and read all of Dan 10. which mentions heavenly princes aka "sons" of God, any "son" of God would be a god would he not?

@00sheila JW's do in fact teach that Jesus is a god, both in the sense of being 'Godlike' but also in the fact of being another divine person beside Jehovah. Dont accuse me of lying, I was born and raised as a Witness and defended their doctrines for many years, Im not ignorant as to what the Society teaches. And to accuse me of looking for fame and fortune is quite judgemental, if I were looking for those things, I wouldnt get it by making videos exposing JW's on Youtube lol

Proper Greek here translated implies GOD, not a god or god-like. By the way, ALL Greek scholars concur that the NWT is the worst translation every written from the original Greek texts!!!! Theres many examples of the word other being added in many different Bible translations depending on what fits the context the word other is added, according to your translation, colossians is telling us Jesus has created God and himself .

Also, U misunderstand Colossians 1:15-16 & the rest of the Bible for that matter, bcuz the Bible says that JESUS/GOD have always existed. Colossians points to Jesus being creator of everything else besides himself.

John 1:1 In the beginning the Word already existed. He was with God, and he was God.
Colossians 1:15 Christ is the visible image of the invisible God.
Colossians 1:19-20 For God in all his fullness was pleased to live in Christ, Colossians 2:9 For in Christ, the fullness of God lives in a human body
2 Cor 5:19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself

Yes jehovah is the only true God John 17:3.
This means he is the Almighty and the only one worthy of our worship.
In the Bible you can be called a god if you are one of 3 things.
1) Closely related to God (the almighty) or divine in nature(Angels)
2) Mighty over others (i.e Judges)
3) representing God (i.e Moses)
Jesus is all 3 of these, therefore he is rightly called a god

Jesus is THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD....Othniel was the "rescuer" (or savior depending on your bible version) for a particular purpose in God's plan for the Israelites.

In Exodus God commands that He alone be worshiped. Jesus reiterated the commandment to worship God only. Yet God the Father’s command in Hebrews 1:6 that His angels worship the Son indicates that the Son too is God. If Jesus were not Deity, this would be idolatry.

I'm not trying to trick you i just wanted you to make your argument clear regarding isa 9 to begin with .
So you claim that because Jesus is given the name mighty god (singular) in isa 9 and not a mighty god (Plural) then he must be God . (i assume this is your argument)
Following your logic through .
How do you reconcile the fact that Jesus is called the light of the world (singular) and the apostles are called the light of the world (singular) matt 5:14 , jon 8:12

also, u believe Jesus is Michael the archangel, when there R no scrips that say that either. itz amazing how JWs put so much emphasis on a man-made teaching yet ignore the countless scriptures in the bible that refer 2 Jesus as God. Col. 2:9, John 10:30, John 14:7-10, Titus 2:13, Jn 8:58, 2 Cor 4:4, phil. 2:9-11, Matt. 1:23 (He's God With US).
There is only 1 Lord, 1 God, 1 King.

You well know that when Jehovah says, before him there was no God formed and after there continue to be none, he was talking about an Almighty God as himself. That's why "God" is in capital letters in that verse and not lower case as when refering to any other "god". I know you know the truth deep inside. But JehovahGodsWitness the problem with that is Jesus is CLEARLY called not just "a god" but GOD(Ho-Theos).(John 20:28) Not to mention that Jesus is also our Mighty God, and not only Mighty but Almighty!(Isa 9:6; Rev 22:12-16,20)
And You claim that Jehovah was ONLY saying that there is no other "Almighty God", but then that puts you putting words in the mouth of the LORD Jehovah. I believe what Jehovah himself says "I AM the First & the last. Beside me there is No God"-Isaiah 44:6.

The "sons" of God mentioned at (Gen. 6: 2, 4) (Job. 1: 6) (Job. 2: 1) and Job. 38: 7.
these "sons" are princes aka a prince is a son of a King (or in this case God) See Dan. 12: 1 - and read all of Dan 10. which mentions heavenly princes aka "sons" of God, any "son" of God would be a god would he not?

Clearly "sons of god" are not by nature gods. God invites all of us to receive Jesus and believe in His Name, but that does not make us gods.

It is important, Jesus said we must worship with "spirit and truth". If I belong to a religion or are affiliated with a philosophy that potrays Jesus as being God's equal, how is that worshipping with truth? I would think that would anger both God and Christ.
