About 3 years ago, she had a level 4 brain tumor. She was given chemo & radiation and it saved her life (her chances of survival weren't good). However, the chemo & radiation brought about a chemo-induced leukemia (AML) that ultimately took her life. She was 10 years old when she passed. She would've been 11 this past April.

Thanks. I didn't create it however. It's a memorial that the funeral home did for the family.
