  • Managing Expectations. That is my motto for 2010. Tony, diabetes is rough. Do what you can to keep up the good fight. Work with your CDE, Endocrinologist and be easy on yourself.

Don't get down on yourself. Keep up the good fight.

Measuring food is the toughest part of diabetes.

    Go easy on yourself.

    Love you Tony!

  • @ajlaingwow Thank you for the kind words and reassurance. Sometimes I definitely set too high expectations and I would agree that portion control/size is definitely a big issue with diabetes.

  • @KingChillinPr I think I have seen a low 500 once or twice. I would consider a super high in the mid to upper 300s.

  • @dsainsights the most ive had it at is 536 so dont worry ive been there i remember the first time it went past 400 i almost had a panic attack and that just made it worse

  • How high do glucose tabs raise your sugar? Perhaps you should ave known that before having the Snapple aas well.

  • weight training makes my sugar go soooo high! Maybe it was just the combo of the low, the grazing on food, and the exercise, with a bit of life stress in there for flavor. Hang in there!
