KB builds death traps. Mine is full of mold & practically rebuilt during the first 2 years I've had it. You can't sell it, can't rent it & had better pray you do not get Chinese drywall. Customer service consists of avoidance & lies. Sure you have a warranty - good luck getting quality repairs. Do your homework then run out of the sales office!! KB sucks!
