Very distinctive Ure guitar style - vocals are good, but probably prefer Foxx. Having said that they both have their place in Ultravox history, this was an interesting cross-over period between the old and the new and one that I was delighted to witness first hand.
i never knew the "Ure" Ultravox sang the "Foxx" Ultravox songs.. thanks for posting.. i loved both eras..

Some people like John Foxx, some prefer Ure, but I like both.
I think each have their own edge.
This is an interesting rendition of Quiet Men, you can tell it has a different guitarist.
