The robots are fully autonomous which means that no human interaction (direct or indirect) is allowed during the games. The only humans that interact with the robots are the referees whenever a robot commits a foul. They can, through a computer, stop the robots (of both teams) send a command with the type of foul that has been committed and the awarded team, and re-start the robots.
