I think both of you need to put more feelings and emotion into the song. I don't know if this goes for the rest of your covers, but without the emotion, the song just isn't the same. Sure, you both have very beautiful voices, but honestly, that's not the only important part a song requires. A song has to sound good with true emotion. Even if you aren't possessing that feeling at the moment, somehow you still need to express it in your covers. Other than this, everything else is very well done.
