  • I remember this song.

  • This must of been one of the first 45's that I bought from money I got from cutting grass for my neighbors. think it cost me just under a dollar. Well worth it!

  • I always thought this one should have been a bigger hit, it has a great hook. Keith Allison who's on bass here, had been featured as a solo artist on Where the Action Is before joining Paul, Mark & the band. Freddy Weller, who also had a solo career going around this time, is on Guitar.

  • I think mark was wearing his colored contact lenses in this footage, his eyes are really brown but he switched from blue green and gray ones as a fashion statement and to flip out people just like how the extreame kids do it. I wonder if he's tried the insane type of contacts we got these days like hypnotic swirls red devils eyes or cat's eyes or is that too way out for mark?

  • yeah,i saw the similarity right away. i was like damn,he looks like paul mcCartney.now, besides the paul look;this is a great song.

  • Forgotten the facial similarity between McCartney and Keith Allison. Interesting.

  • @Madelow56 yeah, kind of scary knowing that somoene or even some other people out their looks just like us as well.'cos we all know paul's got a twin! lol!!

  • Mark is beautiful

  • The "B" side was called Without You

  • HOLY SHIT ! A RIGHT HANDED PAUL MCCARTNEY,JUST KIDDING-LOL.VERY SIMILAR LOOK THOUGH.

  • Wow - he really does look like Paul McCartney!! I had heard that was the reason he first came to light before he joined the raiders! This is the first time I've seen Keith Allison where he *really* looks like PM!! I had the hugest crush on Keith when I was about 12... :) Nice video - thanks very much for uploading it!

  • always liked the harmonies in this cut

  • They did "Let Me" in the same session... A european TV show I believe. Paul looks very removed from the shoot...Perhaps he didn't play on this cut in the studio as Paul was in total control from this point on... It couldn't have helped that soon after this his name would be taken off of the band name! But whatever... A GREAT GREAT track.

  • @popegeorgeringo Yes, it's a Dutch show where the Beach Boys also appeared.

  • Had the 45 as a kid, the flip was good too. Can't remember the name of it though.

  • The personnel here appear to be Joe Correro, Jr., on drums, Freddy Weller on guitar, Charlie Coe on bass, and of course Mark Lindsay on lead vocals. Missing from the picture totally is Paul himself, the keyboards player. It's possible that one of the axe-men is Keith Allison instead.

  • @rslitman Keith Allison is on bass in this video.

  • @rslitman I liked your interesting observation. It looks like Paul is way to the left of Joe Correro Jr. - he only shows up in a couple of frames. I had to hit pause to make sure it was really him.

  • Yes this is a great song from them! Thanks for posting, Ron
