    This is the only workout program that worked for me.

    And in just a short weeks, my abs eventually popped

  • Really good exercise! It hurts after a while though. But I will keep at these for a while

    5) End Of Exercise!

  • @Revelde20 You won't be able to see your abs when you're fat, lose some fat first by doing cardio or HIIT.

  • @m1up Usually its 30, try getting to 30 and don't do them everyday, like just do them 3 times a week.

  • @m1up Just do 30, you don't need to do 2x30 or 3x30 since your just starting your body will need to get use to it little by little don't rush it!

  • @WhiteDragonTile - for all we know, it could be Ben Stein or his even more monotonous cousin. Best serious bet however is that the narrator is a text to speech program and not entirely human at all. :P
