I was at that thing with all my characters and they never gave me that "special title." I'm totally telling any new people who might be interested to not even waste your time. The game was good but as years have gone by it's become crap. The dev's ... i mean just go to e3 right now or watch it on tv and look what a real developer is all about. Sick of this favoritism towards grouping players only.

I've never really understood companies charging money for their MMOs if the game isn't as good as WoW. I say make all MMOs free. I'm gonna try the trial of this but it looks pretty bad.

Love how when they say "Millions of Characters" they showed about 100 or so characters all huddled together, doing nothing.

The reason behind this, is because their servers can barely handle 50+ players in the same area moving.

Getting all those villains fighting all those heroes in a pvp zone would be impossible. Kinda poor tbh, showing us content/playability, that cannot be attained by the public.

Not kidding, if you had that many heroes and villains in sirens call, the zone would crash.

A large group of players posing for a photo, is not all that cpu/resource intensive as playing/fighting.

Look you little retard, I've played the game enough years to know that the servers in City of Heroes are so unstable, and believe it or not, unsecure in the good ol days, that they could be crashed with 100 people in the same zone, or allow a single person to get into the administration section of the game. If you cant take that simple little comment, then maybe you should start a niche site or something that you can admin. And, since i have played the game, that by default, makes u WRONG. LMAO

Obviously your experience accounts for like 0% credibility, since its a commonly known, and debated issue that the pvp zones cannot hold a great deal of players at the same time. Hense the reason the Dev's had to create the Spill Over effect. Where if too many people try to get into a zone, the zones get instanced. If they didnt have any problems, they would not have done this.

You can be a super powered hero or villain, you fight or cause crime(within the teen rating of course, so no you can't kill people outright). Give it a shot, if you've tried WoW and don't like it, you may very well like CoH.

Not going to lie, once you've been playing this game for 2-3+ years and have multiple level 50 characters both hero and villain side. The game gets pretty dried up. It definitely doesnt have as much content as other games. Sad to say. Im not currently playing but the new expansion pack has my attention. I may just have to dust off my account for that one. Cant wait for actual info on it.

Well, in my opinion - Mission Architect gives a whole new level of oppotunity and development that the players themselves are able to access.

When time and effort are put into creating your own Story Arcs, you can get really amazing results.

Thats my problem , I think I saw loads of potential when I first started playing 4 years ago , but it really counts who you play with , I used to play every night after midnight , on the Euro servers , with some really funny cool peeps . I'm on the U.S servers atm , but because of the time difference I end up on teams with young kids etc , and its just not fun anymore....

Love how they used the AE Building being packed with Farmers to show how successful its been.

Go into an AE Building after Positrons threats and they are almost dead. You have one or two people working on missions no one will ever play, and one or two teams in Atlas still farming.

Do you know how hard it is to find an AE Story Arc Team? They simply do not exist outside of SG's and friends running each others Arcs.

Good Job Paragon, way to scare your users away from perhaps your best work yet.

NCSoft should let you pay money to get unobtainable badges. Like if you had 32 month vet but would never catch up to the 54 month, you could pay 10 dollars for every new badge. It would help the anal people while giving NCsoft some cash.

I have plenty of reason to defend the decision, because it was the right decision and those complaining have no good reason to complain. Powerleveling degrades the game, always has and for once I'm glad the devs are taking a stronger stance on it, instead of just fixing exploits and saying they don't like it.

it degrades the game because all it has is get to lvl 50. once u get 3-4+ lvl 50's the game goes to shit fast. And once everyone and their dog has a lvl 50 ALOT of people are just gonna stop playing. Which means little to no money, which means COH gets closed down, as worse case. Best case the population dwindles to even less then there is now, which means less money, which means less content for those of us who are dumb enough to stick around.

Are you kidding? I have 9 level 50s and I have played since beta - paying over $4000 in JUST subscription fees. This MA nerf really pissed me off, more than anything they have ever done before. I don't care about PVP, approved of ED, approved the Global Defense nerf, etc. but the fast xp from the MA missions did not need to be killed off. All they are doing is encouraging people to reactivate during double xp weekend now.

People getting from 1 to 50 in 4 hours didn't need to be killed off? What are you smoking? Something that has been talked about by the devs from day 1 is risk vs. reward. Needless to say, level 1 to 50 in 4 hours blows the risk vs. reward clear out the window. Also considering you didn't have the MA until this past issue, I highly doubt anyone except lazy powerlevelers will miss it.
