luv this song - if u are Australian, u might have heard about Packed to the Rafters, and in season 2, Ben and Melissa got married. In season three, she died in a car accident, they played this song at her funeral or when ben finds out she died. it was so sad!

@hamburgerlollipop because in sims3 dieing in a fire is a much easier way to kill them and also one of the way it's look like a natural death uhm e.g. forcing them to die in a fire just works, forcing them to drown in a pool.... it just doesnt seem realistic :) xx

@AlexTheBoredGuy The sims is just a tool for making a movie. The movie is supposed to be realistic. In the sims, ghosts are different colors depending on how they died. - Where as in real life, "ghosts" are known for their color-less appearance.

actually it makes a perfect sense, at the beggining she was staring at the ocean, but she died in a fire, so it doesn't matter where she has died and how, the point was that she is now dead and being near the ocean where she wanted to be, even though she knows it will be a while when her loved one is going to come, so that they can be together again... so its really not weird, now she is free ans she can stare at the ocean and remember all the beatiful times she had with him.. :)
