I found one of these in a rain storm in NY. It was very smart and would fly to my glass for water.

I hear they are on the threatened species list due to nest parisites of the brown cowbird,, that and the loss of forest. I was filling my bird feeder and had one land right next to me in the bushes. He was just as curious about me as I was of him.
