  • It's sounds crazy, but buy the cutest outfit that you can find. The catch is that you buy it a size too small. It's the perfect motivation for me to slim down (:

  • this is going to sound so silly ... but pole fitness is so much fun and you lose a tone of weight !

  • If you eat less bread and pasta and sweets that should help you a bit and I usually dance and it gets me sweating...good luck!!! :3

  • I have my evening meal at lunch time and a snack at dinner time. Its better this way because you then burn off the biggest meal of your day before you go bed so you don't put on more weight.

    Loads and loads and tonnes of water.

    Colon cleansers tablets are good, they clean out the gunk in your system from fatty foods, and make you loose extra weight.

    Errrr, lots of cuddles and a futuristic mirror...

  • -Eat 5 times a day, like.. every 3rd hour. And after a few months you'll get a good combustion and than you can eat all that shit you want.

    -Drink 3 cups of tea everyday and you'll burn 70 extra calories :)

  • i HATE WORKING OUT BUT .. i decided i was getting a little biggish so i cut down all drinks except water and tea and have been doing 20 push ups and 20 sit ups of i night/morning time AND this wierd leg thing that ill try link you to if i can find it . But honestly i hateed it for the first week and i am a massive sook when it comes to getting up out of bed but its paid off . so far ive started to tone up and lost 4.5 Kg . All i can say is Good luck ! xx

  • Have you heard of Keto? Basically it's a high fat, low carb diet. It's kind of difficult to stick to... carbs are delicious (womp womp), but on the plus side you can eat a shit load of bacon! I tried it for a couple weeks and had a drastic change, managed to drop 20 lbs in just over a month. It's awesome because lots of the food is satisfying, but absolutely no grains or starches (potatoes, corn, bread, etc) and no sugars (even fruits!) there's a ton of resources online, check it out! <3

  • My experience was, that if you don't eat anything after life 6pm, that helps ALOT!

    Or if you're so hungry you think you're dying, just eat a natural yogurt with some fruit in there. Tastes quite good and is an okay "late meal".

    hmm... Other than that... Well, just cut our sweets and alcohol...

    It's not always so easy, but it works well! at least it has for me :)

    (and I have a really hard time being disciplined as well! haha)

  • Even though you don't need it. A no carb's diet or a cut down on carbs would work. Basically you can loose a stone in 2 weeks if you stick too it. Its fucking hard but.....yeahh.

  • Drink green tea and smoke weed!!! It speeds up your metabolism and is exteamly fun!! Sure at 1st you might get the muchies but after a while you will not crave the things you crave so much. Also stop your boyfriend from bringing home LUSH FOOOD!! hahaha!! I'm pretty chunky myself, but since I've been doing these things I have lost almost 2 stone and I'm pretty proud of it!!

  • I have an 11 month old baby girl and to help lose weight whenever I walk I flex my stomach muscles and it seems to be helping. I used to be skinny then I had my daughter I don't want to be as skinny as I was because it was unhealthy I just want to be healthy looking.

  • Well what you should do is drink lots of water maybe jog around the block daily and do exercises at home like maybe push ups or maybe even sit ups :) I hope this helped and BTW I live in the US so we don't normally have people with accents so can I just say I -3 ur accent

  • What i found helpful was instead of buying things for lunch at work, Make healthy pack lunches to eat. But leave your money at home so you cant be tempted to go and buy yummy things! mmm yummy things. It also helps you save money...I spend so much on food at work, but if you havent got ur money...ya cant ;) Also, make friday or something you reward day...and if you have been good, you can enjoy a crispy creme then. Friday is my pizza day ;) xxxxxxx

  • Basically, just start off by making little differences. When i started all I did was switch soda to my favorite juices, to a nice seltzer water with a bit of lemon and sugar, and drank normal water too. then when i wanted something sweet,I would eat it.before I would eat it i would drink a glass of water. and before every meal drink a glass of water and eat an apple or water or the apple is fine,and if you get tired of an apple add some peanut butter.sugar kind(low sugar has more sugar they lie)

  • I Literally cut back on sugary drinks/alcohol, drunk tons of water (dehydration leads to metabolism slowing down!) and walked more :) Didnt change what I ate or anything and lost a stone and a half in just under 2 months :) Green tea's meant to help weight loss but that shit is rannnkkk! X

  • during my diet period i only ate cereals, oatmeal and fruits. i also drank LOTS of water.. for the exercise i just did 50 sit-ups per day.. i lost around 3kgs per week..

  • Krispy kreme is everywhere :o mainly in tesco though. There's a proper shop in portsmouth. I worked there. I was having 2 donuts a day O_O

  • Im in the middle of dieting right now and the first few days are really tough, but as long as you have one cheat day a week, you don't really feel deprived. You just really look forward to that day lol. But once you start seeing results, itt makes it so much easier.

  • their apps you can use like on your phone and they help you keep track of your calories and its actually not a pain in the butt, you'll find yourself eating way healthier! and as for exercise just try to walk places as much as you can, walking burns a lot of calories!

  • There's simple ways to lose wieght , cut out as much alcohol as possible , swap sodas for flavored sparkling water , or sparkling juices , only make one meal a day heavy on carbs , and eat many like five small meals instead of three larger meals , and when you get the chance exercise

  • get yourself a trampoline its run!! i don't feel like I'm working out while watching TV ha ha ha :) plus its the second most effective exercise... first is skipping :) you will shed the excess fat quick ... xox

  • First thing would be: Have no sweets at home!!! Have nothing there to tempt you. Second: Don't let yourself get too hungry or yo'll eat more than you need. And as for sports: the only thing fun to me is dancing, wildly shaking in the livingroom. :)

  • I don't mean to sound like I'm advertising because this is coming from a girl that lost thirty pounds in like 5 weeks :) What I did is cut down on my portions, took Hydroxycut Max for Women and I found only 20 minutes to exercise (usually on my off days because I also work) But yeah, I'm losing the weight and I've tried every diet pill in the book so honestly. I'm telling you because I want to share my success with you =) Love you Helen!

  • Im 5ft and 10.5 and im apparently over weight so i'm guessing your about the same height as me? maybe slightly taller? I worked out that for my height and weight I only burn about 1300-1400 kcal a day so if you want to loose weight you need to eat less than that or do the right amount of exercise to balance it out so you only have 1400 a day or less. I found that i dont loose weight unless i eat 1000-1200 :( xxx

  • I find that having 1 junk food day outta week works for me! ie, eat all the pastries etc you feel like that 1 day & for healthy eating throughout the week simply try to target at least 4 fruits/vegs throught the day, TIP, eat a green apple for breakfast as it fills you up till late afternoon. For exercise..if your so busy with work etc & don't have the time (it's such a pain in the bum!) walk instead of getting the bus or even get off a few stops early I. hope this helps you out a little hun (:

  • I feel like dancing is a great way to exercise without feeling like you are exercising. You should find out about classes at gyms that might offer Zumba, that is really fun and I feel time goes by a lot quicker than if you are running on a treadmill or something.

  • As far as exercising, how about dancing if you're not into jogging? I believe the chances of you getting bored to tears with dancing are slim, assuming that was your problem with jogging in the first place. haha

  • I'm currently on a diet, and I lost 15 pounds in a month so far. What I did was drink TONS of ICE cold water! Like tons! And I add lemon in it too! I eat 6 times a day but VERY little portions. Take multivitamin pills everyday. Exercise at least 30 mins. Like pretend you're jumping rope or something!

  • well the trick for working out is pretty simple, just DO it. just set a certain time, whatever, lets say 3 pm on wednesdays and simply do it, no matter what you still have to do.. youre gonna find time for that at some point :P and make sure you keep that time free and tell your friends you dont have time then ;)

    -watch your proportions, food will always be there

    -if you're going to eat something sugary or "unhealthy", eat it early in the day so your movement burns it off

    -dooon't eat after 6pm

  • The best advice I have for dieting which has really worked for me, is that when you sit down for a meal, do not put anything off limits. However, make sure the first thing you eat is a salad or fruit or something very healthy, and try to fill up on it. Then once you've eaten a good amount of healthy food and you feel fairly full, then say to yourself, alright, I can have that cupcake/donught/etc now, but since you are already full, you most likely wont want to eat it. Try it and see how it goes!

  • i know you love your sweets. so do i! but um you can eat anything pretty much except sugars and starches. you can eat any kinds of meat wether its fried or grilled or what ever... you can have loads of veggies and sugar free candy and drinks.. but just dont have any sugars or starches.. plus.. you dont have to do this for that long... i did this and lost 20 pounds in a month without lifting a muscle.. and when i ate junk food i didnt gain weight that easily..

  • (from cont.) much of the concept of dieting is pychological. just try to eat unique and 'real' food. the variety will give you something to look forward to, and whole foods will benefit your overall health. I would try to do some cardio. ATM I like to play skyrim as much as you, but I still go (to school) and to the gym before I allow myself that indulgence.

  • welll, I was a model, (and I have retired to study english and physics~) but I still remember those days. many of those girls were naturally really thin and they ate horrifically. I find the best thing to do for yourself is strive for balance first off. (do not assume that things like liquid diets are beneficial, because they aren't) you needn't deny yourself sweets. real chocolates are healthier than processed doughnuts, so you could have those with tea and not feel guilty.   • Also, what I noticed that helped me a lot losing weight is counting the calories I consume everyday. I set myself to 1200-1500 calories a day, so I make sure I dont exceed that, you can mix it up...but make sure the majority of those calories are "good calories", the rest you can cheat a bit and eat whatever you want. There is a great iphone app called "calorific" which helps you out keeping track of the calories you have every day :3

  • I hear yah. Jogging sucks ASS! what I do is I power walk, which is so much better and you lose as much calories as if you were jogging (plus I last longer since I dont get tired as fast)

  • I think changing little things in your diet everyday works best, like day 1, you start drinking more water, day 2, eating more fruits and vegetables, etc. I think changing your diet drastically from the start is a very bad idea.

  • If you were used to eat 12 donuts in a row, you're gonna loose the first pounds easily, don't starve yourself with "liquid meals". Dieting is a lifestyle change when you want to loose more than the usual 2-christmas-pounds, their is a reason why you gained those stones and if you get back to these eating habits you're gonna gain them again. Their are so many ways to get on a healthy diet, you have to try them all and find were you feel the best.

  • Some people have to eat every two hours, some people can't cut out sugar, some people get up very early so they need to have an important breakfast.. it all depends on your metabolism and lifestyle. But for some simple advices I would say : if you don't like dieting, stay away from all the "named diet" and just go to the gym, size down your carb portions and get more veggies, fruit and low fat protein (fish, chicken without skin or loads of vegan options.. which is VERY important).

  • Try the South Beach diet, I lost 6,6 pounds in two weeks by that, and I need to loose 46 pounds(well, 40 pounds now, lol)

To all those who have a lot of weight to loose, dont give up, ive failed diets so many times, but i just kept trying and i did it! you just need to eat less bread and pasta, and dont eat so much fast food! <3

  • When you feel like eating just flick your wrist alot o: thats what I do..also drink very cold water before meals...you can also eat an apple 30 minutes before eating a meal....chew slowly...and uhm....I also find holding my breath while counting to 100 if I ever see something yummy...it usually makes me change my mind. You can do it! :c I know you can~ instead of delicious sweets how about yummy low fat yogurt with lots of fruits? :D like peaches and strawberries? :3

  • Get a MyFitnessPal counting calories is depressing, but effective :/ portion control is a bitch but I'm down 20 pounds also Tumblr has a thinso/fitspo community that really helps

    Drink ONLY water, walk more often to places, no more bread products including pastas, if that's to hard, make the bread part of your meal the smallest part. and cutting down on the dairy aswell..

    One of my friends is doing this diet, chicken or some kind of lean meat and veggies everyday and only one day a week you can eat anything, he lost a good amount of weight..

  • You must explore the world of online workout videos. The "8 minute" videos are really good & you can find them easily, like "8 minute abs", "8 minute buns", etc. Check out BodyRockTV, it has loads of different high intensity workouts & many of them will only take 10 minutes + the sight of Zuzana will deffo motivate you :P Personally I keep a pedal exerciser and dumbells by my desk so if I'm just watching something I'll use them for a bit. & just dance around in your room sometimes! It's gr8! xx

  • i think that if i was never once overweight, i would of never had the motivation to lose all the weight. my goal was to just feel normal and lean (something i never had before). so i decided to lose the weight exactly a year ago, and lost almost 70 lbs :)

  • As motivation, you could buy yourself a dress or jeans(what you like) which now does not already fit you perfectly. So your goal is to be skinnier to fit in the new cloths. ;)

  • Get people to help you eat healthy too, so tell Ben to stop bringing back donuts haha and just try to be healthy where you can and make your portion sizes smaller, and for exercise just dance :')

  • Helloski, what I do when I want to loose weight and not starve myself to death is only eat 1200 calories everyday- this does mean extremely boring rubbish calorie counting but its healthy, easy and also works!!

    Also with exercise, I live a busy lifestyle too and I have been doing sit ups and press ups everyday for 3 months (missing quite a lot) and already noticed the difference after 10 days!! I think everyone's different though. Alllllso if extra help is needed Superdrug have a meal replacem

  • in terms of exercise, if you don't have much time, get some sort of dance game on the wii or the new xbox thing (don't remember what it's called) just dance three just came out, s'great fun :)

  • hey lovely, i adore your videos :) i recently lost a stone, i didn't do much, i eat 3 normal meals a day, for breakfast i' a smoothie and a cereal bar, lunch i'll have a sandwich, diet coke and crisps and whatever is for dinner, i just try not and snack inbetween, and i don't eat after dinner, i think that's what helped me lose the most weight not eating after dinner cos thats when i ate the most snacks, i also do stomach crunches to tone my stomach but you might not need to xx

  • I think you so are so lovely :) and really the whole BMI scale is messed up , it doesnt take into account muscle mass and other normal things, anything! can effect your weight. Best thing really if you dont have time to excerise is just to say *right ill cut that one thing out for a month, and then something else the next month* and gradually youll notice a decrease in your want for these things as your body gets use to it.

  • Cut out bread and soft drink! helped me quite a bit. Add on some simple walking or bike riding as exercise, drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and veges. Lean meat is good too, and fish. It's pretty simple, it's just making that first change and getting into a routine that's hard. Just keep yourself motivated to lose weight and you'll get there within no time!

  • If you have the time do exercise 3 times a week, taking your dog for a long walk will be the best option! If you eat more regularly, like small meals every 3-4 hours you'll crank up your metabolism instead of eating 3 large meals a day. snack on fruit and i reckon if you do this, each day you could even eat something to satisfy your pastry needs :) other than that you're all round perfect anyway...

  • Lots and lots of water! Cut off the soda, will make such a difference!! Which once you stop drinking it, you really won't want it anymore, plus it's so bad for you anyways. Shopping in el mall will help plus you are having fun doing it, that's miles you are walking and don't realize it, also dancing. If you eat 3 meals a day only eat 2/3rds of the meal, then eat light snacks when hungry like vegetables. Hope this helped some.(:

  • I usually run in the morning, I get up an hour before school and do a quick jog down the bike path of my house its great when you warm up first, etc. But if you don't have time you can buy leg weights and strap them on during the day so you burn more calories during your actual day. :) Hoped I helped.

  • I found that when I was exercising and stuff, I only had to do it twice a week for about an hour each day. I ran, did weights and all this core stuff. I had a personal trainer and a friend too, so that made it easier. But if you don't have the time for that, I would suggest getting one of those elliptical trainer things and then you can exercise in your own home and in front of the TV =D hehe good luck!! <3

  • Maybe if its hard with no 'motivation' or what ever. Say there is something you want [example: super nice piece of clothing or a new iPhone or whatever]....

    Wait/ don't get it until you are a healthy weight (maybe a specific weight) and because you want that item or whatever you'll be motivated to lose weight to get it. (e.g. each bit of weight lost = closer to super awesome item)

  • @ALavenderBlonde french fries, oreos, most pies, crackers, bagels, bread, skittles, peanut chews, sugar based candy, peanut butter, and pasta is all vegan and can make you pretty fat. take it from a chubby vegan... there are plenty of foods that have no animal products in them and are still very bad for you, or fattening.
