As stupid as this exercise is, it really does work and help. I'm a guy, I'm 17, and I do this in front of my friends all the time. If you're a guy and you're worried about what people will think about you, realize that you're helping to develop your voice (which is an accomplishment, how many of your guy friends have good singing voices?)

@assett23: Actually, being able to roll your lips is an indication of your breath control. If you need help starting, try pressing your fingers near the corners of your lips while you do it. This helps some people. But once you get that breath control, it gets easier. Just takes practice. :)
