You mean for lift or for everything? Because it has directional thrusters. I could theoretically make an airboat plane with nothing but thrusters, but chances are it would look ugly & glitchy and would take a much longer time.

Yo, how do you get the distance exactly right for the hydraulic elevator?

I use trial and error for the height of the elevator's hydraulics. As for how I made it look like I was on the combine side, I simply turned ai_ignoreplayers on.

Maps used: gm_buttes and the corresponding night map of gm_buttes. Really good building map and a cool easter egg in the well, you can dl the map on any of the usual sites.

How do you spawn a weapon with out actualy wielding it. So some oen else can pick it up.

R-click on the object you want to spawn, with your aiming reticule pointed far away from you. It'll spawn on the ground and whoever walks over it will get it.

Yeah, lots of zombies on screen tends to do that. I'm considering doing a zombie bit with L4D zombies, they seem to lag less in large groups. Unfortunately they haven't been officialy mounted into GMod yet, so it will be somewhat difficult.

that's the whole point of machinima.The few people, or one person, who manage the acount get workers. the workers make videos and the views and ratings all go to that one account and the credit goes to workers. you could work with one of the big workers, like xanatos, to make "sets" for his people to work on. plus you've got some good comedy ideas, but no offense, your acting is a little bad.

and from request from the users that have shit for brains and only bitch at ppl, im making a fort also. when im done il record it. i wont do fighting scenes because the fort is dangerously close to the prop limit of source. spawning NPCs would crash it. i cant even finish it because source cant handle very many more props. :(

shame. it would be nice if source could get updated to handle more props.
