It's summer time in the UK, so I think you mean 7 pm BST (= British Summer Time, which is the UK's daylight saving time type of thing).

It sounds pedantic but I think the confusion might make some people turn up an hour late (eg people who are outside the UK who use an online converter to work out what time to tune in).
