  • If your going for a swap...don't just replace the bulbs like ever ricer does... your car came stock with Halogens, so your light housings are for Halogens only. Spend some real money and get the Xenon housings too damn ricers.

  • I just ordered a 30000k hid kit.. It'll be here tomorrow. I've had 30000k's before and holy shit you should see how they make an overhead highway sign turn bright purple.

  • Ever since I bought 8k hid's, I'm never going back to stock.

  • @FridayNightLights321

haha ricer. I'd key ur car with ur shit glare 8k crap.

4300k is OEM bmw, infinit, etc. I get 5k for a hint of blue. Anything more you lose visibility.

Halogens are probably better then 8k.

  • @PBH111 Wow, you called me a ricer, that hurt so much! You wouldn't do shit, but keep on driving because you're a bitch. And another thing sutpid, 8k is still brighter than stock. So why don't you just quit your bitching and worry about your damn self.

  • @FridayNightLights321

typical ricer response. Low rank human.

  • @PBH111 Whatever, I don't care what you think of me!

  • @FridayNightLights321

Dam I respect that...after my super rude comment. Not bad. Still a ricer tho bro.

    sorry.

  • HID's KILL crappy Halogens !!!

  • Total scam. Like your neato cold-air intake and loud muffler, useless accessories.

  • you are ignorant. xenon lights are 3 times brighter than a halogen light and you never have to replace them. try and know something before you talk about it.

  • I went from H7 halogens in an Audi A4 to bixenons in a BMW 325i and back to halogens in a BMW 540i. The difference is quite literally night and day - I miss my xenons.

I also have a "neato" cold air intake on my 5. It is mounted behind the front bumper and provides a useful increase in airflow and a lower temperature than the stock box.

  • More like your a total retard.

  • Try it when its raining at night and you will never want this hid again

  • I drive in the rain frequently with my 6000k HID kit - never had an issue and works much better than my old halogens.

    Whats the issue with rain???

  • @DocShay it does kinda blend in with the pavement when it rains. but thats why u should always have some 3000k fog lights for when it rains

  • I thought I wanted halogens but I want more light....so I'm thinkn about xenon

I want my lights to been bright and seen

  • why dont all cars come equipped with these as standard? safety wise?

  • HID + Projector Lenses = Expensive

  • Notice how its more of a luxury car feature? (stock anyway)

Price point, their more expensive to make than traditional halogens. Thats why they are not a standard feature.

  • I like HID because it uses projector optics and headlampw ashers with a nice blue light

  • Comment removed

  • thats just cause assholes think they own the road and they dont switch in there lowbeams when there passing by or when there following you.

  • Yeah, xenon rules..

  • thx

  • beautiful
