@zangeefer there are then some small things that don't be all right,to be a black belt, others that don't exist really and someone whom is all right.I will be clear:nothing to be objected on the execution of IKKYO,enough fluid as technique and cleaning up,same thing tell him for NIKKYO OMOTE,but URA and SHIONAGE is to correct;KOKYU NAGE and IRIMINAGE are acceptable, while the techniques in which it is thrown on the ground don't exist in aikido,it performs her one that practical jujitsu.
@n3whous3 I'm sorry for my english,I learned at school and I know that is imperfect.Look I don't work on my muscles,I practice Aikido and could be counterproductive. In my other text I explained that I had not read that it was Real Aikido and not Aikido. The associations are different and different is what you'll practice.Read carefully before you say shit.
@zangeefer sorry I only read now that practice real aikido, which is why I did that comment.I'm an aikidoka from AIKIKAI of Hombu dojo in Japan, the school opened by the founder of the Aikido Morihei Ueshiba...sorry
By the way a friend signaled me videos of "Daido Yuko Kudo" karate, very hard match with gears and full contact, I read they can hit also the groin and headbutt! I never saw this form and I think it's one of the hardest
I think that introducing some as competitions in Aikido would be a very heavy duty! Or as Jigoro Kano when to create realistic fighting had to deep transform traditional ju jitsu
@ParkFight sounds interesting, maybe we could reach an aikido fighting or competition through transforming certain techniques in aikido...that would be really great, bu how :D
That's quite a nice Aikido clip, and I'd be happy to put it on my website. However you have so many irrelevant TAGS or keywords in the description it is spammy. Sorry about that, but it is misleading and unhelpful. Nice head throws and sacrifice throws, though. I like them, but I haven't done those for years! :-)
@ParkFight yeah Im really convinced with the idea that u need to enjoy ur aikido training, n thats a fact that i do like it and enjoy it, but engaging aikido into real fights and competition, how could this be reached ???
@ParkFight : U know what, I have always wanted to get aikido into real, like having serious fights between aikidokas the same as in any other martial arts like judo or karate..etc, but dont know how to do it ?? any ideas??
@zangeefer Thank for your attention and don't take me wrong, I don't want to sound conceited but only share my experience, with double click on left on my name you can see some clips of our training and I saw similar looking for "hatenkaiaikido"
One can tell he can do better, his techniques are more effective or other but he can't tell it's NOT realistic!
@zangeefer You would need to know counters or methods of resistants to keep the fight going for longer than a few seconds. It would be interesting to see though, the constant breaking of techniques and trying of something different
@zangeefer Well no technique is perfect. If you had two aikidokas at about the same level, knowing about the same amount of techniques, and having played with those techniques for quite some time, understanding how they work or how to stop them, it would be interesting to see a battle between those two opponents. I personally think that and Aikidoka would beat a karateka because of how stiff karate styles tend to be. Aikido works best when the opponent is stiffer or straighter.
This is Aikido im tranining this techniques

Aikido is not supposed to have competitions. It is a peaceful way of life, or something ( I don't fully understand), but not about competing.

@ParkFight Shodokan style aikido (formerly known as Tomiki style) does have a system of competitive sparring. Try looking it up.

according to me in aikido you do too much theory and too little practice and testing
you should try and test against resistant opponent
