This isn't new. The footage was used in an Italian TV documentary shown in 2006 (the image quality on the DVD is considerably better than that shown here). Also, the name of the courtyard is the Cortile di San Damaso, not "Damasco".

@smrc09 - Hi, it's called 'Pio XII: il Principe di Dio' It was made by the Italian channel Rai Tre as part its documentary series 'La Grande Storia'. A number of episodes were produced under the general title "I Papi del '900", covering the lives of the Popes from Pius XII to John Paul II, and another episode explained the history of the conclave. It's available secondhand as a DVD collection, but I'm sure the people who've put it on Youtube must have cleared the copyright : )
