what ps do, only shortens time. I could do this on paint, but it would take me 10hours longer than normal. Since i'm already short on time, i don't see why i should do this. as i know, some1 with very little skill can't pull this 1 off. as there is a big part in knowledge in this work. The shining effect for example isn't photoshop rendered with a lame option, but it's all hand drawn. and to do that you must know what you do.

Not trying to be rude but I hope you know that what he's done in the picture needs a hell of a lot more talent than just raping the filter option.

maybe i put less effort in it (since i just don't have the time) But if i invest 100% of myself in it (just like in my remake of darker manz drawing) then you will see the quality and effort it contains. I did Paint for some time, and I believe it's better to go forwards instead of going back. That is 1 of my reasons not to use paint anymore.
