first of all, this bill costs people outside the district virtually nothing.
second, how can you be worried about the cost to you when there are hundreds of thousands of people who can't vote while living in one of the most concentrated political environments in the world?
i dont know.. i lived in DC as this was elevated as an issue (this time), and it shocks me to find people who are opposed to this. I mean its the right to vote, guys, seriously, whats to question?

so this bill benefits those folks...but we don't get to here the cost of it to the rest of us...i don't get why it's posted.
