  • why focus on their color or sex? what are they saying? I think what they are saying transcends race or gender, so lets applaud that. being hung up on gender and race is another kind of blindness -all those speakers are human, and they were all on target with what they were saying. how would you feel about being reduced to the color of your skin? multiculturalism is ultimately about seeing people for what they are, what they say and do, not about skin deep divisions and classifications.

  • Where the hell are the voices of women and minorites, in this excerpt which seems to represent the point of view of guest spekers, you only hear the voices of white occidental males, in a country where over 40% of its population is multicultural, and yes women. How can one begin to trust such a vision. It looks like a ppt. pr campaign.
