  • @sarahcog Just keep increasing your shells until it is big enough and I would do a starting chain of 30 or more to fit to size :) Hope that helps!!!

  • I love this bolero and it seems very easy to make, just a couple of questions, the person i am making this for wants the back longer, and if i do that where do i put the chainstitching for the armholes, it will be a chain of 30, do i still attach to the base or further up the piece made? I am a beginner so please make your answer simple..lol! thanks in advance

  • @1975ccoleman Yes it will fit her you just may have to increase the shells to make it longer... Or you can chain 30 for the foundation chain and the sides and to 15 rows.... I hope that made since :) Have fun and would love to see your finished work :)

  • @32dilek You can buy Fabri-Tac at Walmart where the Craft glue is or in the sewing dept... Michaels, Joanns and Hobby all carry it. I believe all the other Craft store would have it as well. I purchased mine at michaels and use a 50% off coupon to get it. :) Hope this helps!!! Ask the shop lady if she can help you find Fabri-Tac it will be located where the glue gun glue is or in the sewing dept :)

  • @32dilek That would be super for you to learn all those. I would love to see you accomplish all that this year! :) Yes when I put my items in the wash they get soaked. I would perfer to hand wash the bolero and hang to dry, but if you need to wash it do so on gentle. Have a great day! I will be looking for your facebook page... maybe you can email me the link?
