How do you post videos in high quality because when I post my Touch pro videos it be looking blury and not clear

What format did you record your video in? I recorded in 3gp (I think) and converted them to AVI. Do you think they are more blurry than mine? This video was by no means crystal clear. Thanks for commenting!
