A right to work state is a slave labor state. Bottom line, You have no protection. Your employer can talk and treat you any way he wants. I live in Idaho and what has been happening in the company i work for is immoral and sick. Our union does very little as its hands are also tied. If your in management then you can spit in my face and there is nothing i can do. Only if it follows under the category of discrimination you then may have a chance,

Right to work is a fucking joke! I live in a right to work state and if you work for someone else in the trades you won't make above 12 per hr. Granted there are some exceptions but for the most part it sucks ass.
