Konami has for, until now, had two different frachises of their soccer game. Winning Eleven ( U.S. ) and Pro Evolution Soccer ( U.K. ) . Because they finnaly were approaching number 10, which could easily be confused with the Eleven, Konami decided to merge the two frachises ( which are the same game, differents regions ) and just put the year on it, in this case, 2007.
