I don't mean to offend you, but I think you would find a bigger market producing musical parodies and spoofs. Something about the way you direct your videos is intrinsically hilarious, and you could definitely use that to your advantage. The main reason why your music receives so much negativity is because listeners are unsure whether or not to take your music seriously, since you aren't marketing yourself or your music in a professional way. Best of luck.
@fieldmaus I disagree with the notion that I am not marketing myself or my music in a professional way. Yes, there is an element of comedy in my work - that is intentional - I try not to take myself too seriously. I have attempted to position myself as a fun alternative to the "hard" presentation of most mainstream hip-hop. I don't see that as a lack of professionalism though, more of an effort to stand out from the pack. Thanks for the comment though.
This song is good, it's catchy. Music is subjective but fuck the haters on your page, they're just jealous they don't have any musical ability. They just want to see independent musicians fail and not become famous because they are insecure assholes who will never be successful in anything themselves.
@zmcrockstar For the most part, yes you're right. That being said, I have no issue with constructive criticism. What I don't have time for is all of the "this song sucks! you should kill yourself!" type comments, not because my feelings get hurt, but because it doesn't help me grow as an artist. It's just unabashed hatred, and I can't do anything with that.
o.k. honestly, i am moving to philadelphia very soon and i am looking up local artists, you are SO unoriginal and cliche...completely boring with nothing new to offer...this is simply awful
@boywunder343 I'm sorry to hear that man. If you're moving to Philly, you'll be hearing and seeing a lot more from me, so get used to it. Thanks for listening though.
I should tell you, with an attitude like that, you'll fit in perfectly in this city. Philly is full of haters just like you! You'll make friends fast.
You know, as an aspiring musician myself, I have got to hand it to you to be able to follow your dreams and aspirations and make them happen, despite the harsh criticisms of the masses. I admire your courage, endurance and strength to have the ability to have such a positive outlook on the work that you do under the circumstances. Your music has much more to applaud than the sweet beats you crank out. I wish you luck and I am very happy to see another aspiring musician shine as you have! Cheers!
@djwavmaster Much appreciated, my friend. You know, music is such a subjective thing. What one person considers genius, another person will consider garbage. All we can do is continue to put out music that WE are proud of, and let people react as they will. Best of luck to you.
real rap, bro, i think this song should be the one on iTunes. This is personally my favorite from you, no lie. Well, the original is. The remix ain't bad, tho, just I tend to like originals more than remixes half the time. still, nicely done
@alessandrabosi There's no need to apologize, you are entitled to your opinion (although you probably could have expressed that opinion in a more polite way, haha). I appreciate the sentiment though :)

@brakekobos Thanks man. I tend to prefer the original myself, but I feel like this remix definitely has more of an edge to it, if that makes sense
