Here's how you kill her. Press CTRL SHIFT and C all together at the same time. A blue bar will apear at the top of your screen. type in this "testingcheatsenabled true" with out the quoation marks. Click enter. The you are able to control your sims motives. You can also make everyone happy by SHIFT clicking on the home mailbox. Then go to her hunger and drain it completely to starving and she should die on the spot.

Well, you need to find the seed for it and you must have the right gradening level to plant it. But to find it you must go to the beach and park and theres seeds and pick them up they might bt the Simolean Tree (Its Kinda Rare)

3) There is none. You can create your own sims and then you do whatever you want to them.
