Everyone! I have a cheat to make all of your sims happy and all their needs met! Press Ctrl + Shift + C and type in Boolprop Testingcheatsenabled true. Then shift click the mailbox and it should say make all happy :) Happy Simming!

@SujinsWorld shift click on the toddler and click set to birthday, I think. Then you can either get them to blow out the candles on a birthday cake or click on them and press grow up ( I had to click on them, they were too scared to have a party lol)

Hmm. I didn't have to include all of those cheats for me to do it. I was really new to the game when I had first the husband initiate woohoo followed by the wife initiating it. They both became pregnant and had a baby. I'd consider that to be twins.

you have to use the fruit trick. such as 1 apple for a boy, 2 apples for twins and so on and so forth. Then for girls you have to use 1 orange for 1 girl, and 2 oranges for twins and then again so on and so forth

I try not to let my Sims have twins. Too stressing. LOL Especially when they're on opposite sleep cycles (I have Sims Life Stories where you can only have 4 people per lot). So I just have someone move in when a relative gets married.

u can't have babies on the sims 2 only on 3, life stories, and sims 1 and all sims 3 expansion packs but not on sims 2!!!!! srry

you can have babies on the sims 2, but only on the computer. however the consoles have your sims have babies by a ps2 cheat x square triangle, but also getting abducted by aliens. the abducted by aliens get any sim pregnant, but not all the time.

Look I did have a nanny, but she wouldn't do anything. She would leave them all over my house and she was only there at night or times I didn't need her. I couldn't get her to get her timing right. My Sims were falling asleep as soon as they came home and I had to reload because one of the DIED!!! Those two brats were EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wished that the GRIM REAPER would come and take them instead of the social worker. Also you can give all the thumbs down you want I don't care.

Look I had twins (Girl and Boy) without cheat and it was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!! Both of my sims are working adults and don't have time for two evil brats at the same time. My sims almost died dealing with them. So just don't try and get twins, and if you do get them. Do what I did. Lock them outside and leave them there until the social worker comes.(Which takes about 3-4 days for some reason, if I did that to an adult they would die after one day.)
