I am so pissed off. Ive spent nearly TWO hours trying to get either Terraformer working, OR SC4Mapper, NEITHER WORK! All i want to do is download regions, but i need one or the other to import them into SC4. While these tools seem to be nice for some, MOST of us cant get the damn things to work.

In this game, you get to build your own neihboring cities. Thus, giving you the power to pretend that your neihbooring cities are part of your main city. If you acctually want the neihboring cities to look like if they're attached to your main city, then turn of the city borders.

anyone can get a million people, but making the city look actractive while having alot of people is the difficult part

1 million people isn't that hard, i've made a few regions using less than a quarter of the map and had 2 mil +. I only cheat if you consider an occasional use of the plant trees for free hack, around power plants and industrial areas. The city i'm working on now has 450k people in it and is 1/4 industrial.
