  • 1:41 LOL that guy is as big as the tire!!!

  • why is the sled so close to the tires?

  • 50 bucks if you take the tractor off the back you will go farther :) (JK)

  • @PunchingMegaTree xD I mean sled...

  • !!!!! "woo"!!!!! thats great!!!!

  • lol at 1:34 the guy that stands up for 1 second and yells woo

  • Those tractors have all kinds of awesome power. I wonder though, if you were to put one of those motors on a rail car on the dragstrip, if they'd do 300+ mph? What i'm trying to say is, wonder if those motors on those tractors are capable of 300 mph? Anyone know? That one tractor that flipped, i think it had too much power for that smaller size pulling tractor.

  • @001GenLee like wht if they put that engine behind the driver of a drag car, the long ones... i wonder how they would do

  • @001GenLee The engines are basically blown alchohol engines, same as in NHRA blown alchohol classes, except maybe for cubic inches.Same as Pro mods also. They are not Nitro engines,I don't think a Nitro engine could handle the extended time/load/etc.,but that I don't know.

  • 1:34-1:36 guy jumps up and yells woo! hhaha

  • Yay and it would be the ones I dont watch at Chapel Hill.... I skip the Diesel tractors and the Mini Mods and watch the rest

  • when you put wheelbarrow tires on a high hp vehicle

  • WTF?!?!? 1:33 THE REDNECK THAT STANDS UP AND SAIS "WOOH!"

  • Seen a flip like that at Bowling Green , Ohio.

Same thing...a mini...small,light, and horsepower plus!

  • some of these tractors look like they were made by Mexicans who actually have money...

  • the wrecks at 1:20............Your welcome

  • 1:35 a guy stands up and yell "WOO!"

  • me he he

  • these things have one gear right? i'd like to see them put slicks on them and run them in the 1/4 mile! that'd be interesting.

  • that looks like that guy had fun lol i have never seen a tractor do that before

Muchas Gracias

  • How do they transfer the power from multiple engines into one drive shaft?

  • air pollution at its finest

  • wow these guys go all over the friggin place, most of those trucks/tractors are at the Cheatham County TN fair every year for the tractor pull

  • i've never seen a tractor turn over like that. guess thats why they mandated those cages a few years ago

  • @pavlos999 It wouldn't matter if the tractor came unhoohed from the sled because we have a switch that immediately kills the engine if it comes unhooked from the sled

  • Is the crowd a little too close to the track? I usually watch these events in stadiums, and we sit way back from the action.

  • @TVfanfanatic No this is an open pull meaning its outside, They have the concrete dividers to keep the tractors from the crowds

  • where are you from??^^

    country???

    USA==??^^

  • Glad it stayed hooked to the sled otherwise it would have taken out half the crowd.

  • Holy shit that tractor at the end might have slowed the earths rotation.

  • I've looked at his videos and other many's of time and looks like to me the box did not start moving until about 75 feet. Just curious what other opinions are on this.

  • that was cool. was that one guy using 6 motors! i thought that using multiple motors would slow the other s down because they would not be able to time them exsactly the same causing them to work against eachother

  • im from chapel hill :)

  • It is a good thing that the sled had a kill switch which kills the engine if the tractor gets loose!

  • Oh my god!! A very big crash!!

    5*

  • Great vid!

  • haha

  • Talk about a shake me up. DAMN

  • a tank with one engine can pull that tractor anytime.

  • I've been to Chapel Hill "Super Pull of the South" 3 or 4 times. Hell of a show! Always something exciting everytime I've been. Engines blowing, wheels breaking, tractors catching on fire etc etc etc. I wasn't at this one, with the tractor flipping over....wow!

    Anyway, good video. 5*

  • dam up to 12,000 HP! he had like what 8 to 12 big block engines on there

  • Do these tractors have radiators? How are they cooled?

  • They are like funny cars, they only run then long enough to make the pull them they are shut off, the tractors that blow the smoke inject water this makes the gray smoke until they develop the boost then they go straight fuel, thanks for the question and hope this helps

  • 90% Of these small and big block tractors are running on alcohol so they require no cooling.

  • @youngdones Nope most all run alcohol which burns cooler the gasonline. The engines are normally good for one pull and a pull off. anything more they start getting to hot.

  • wow this is a big crash!

  • i am going tomorrow at butler county fair CANT WAIT!!!!!

  • i was there last night.i was there untill 1 am and i nearlly went deff when the unlimiteds came in

  • The guy that had the first crash, if i recall, he had some other tractors and crashed 1 of the smaller tractors he had as well.

  • 5 engines? one v8 in a car cost enough to tune...how bout 5! and were those V12's on the last tractor?

Theyre must be some serious cash being pumped into those machines man!

  • @JJMetalMad999 the last tractor had V-12 Allison Aircraft engines!

  • ah god.. if it was me i wlda let off once it got that squirly but i guess its just a really fine ass line to push...

  • You couldnt pay me to ride in the sled for the unlimited class. Those are some bad ass machines though

  • the smoke from the diesel engines

  • where is the smoke from the engines?

  • the smoke comes only from the diesels and not from the the RR griffones or some other kind of engines

  • thats how we roll here in Tennessee.

    No shit.

  • Im moving there in a few yearrs.

  • sure enough, i was at this pull last year, it was really good.

  • That tractor had a seizure, and just think back in the 80's they didn't have roll cages.

  • The mini lost traction and allowed the tire to come in contact with the sled, motor was fine

  • Definetly my favorite motorsport, better than anything else i know of. Anyone that knows anything about motor performance, those tractors are making 200+psi of boost from 4 turbochargers. 2,000+hp. If anyone gets a chance to go to one, go!

  • Dat first 1 is hawt, 2nd one was ok... there all ok tbh lol, buut the 12,000 hp one is INSANE 4 engins???

  • @gogooaklyn 6, and the last looked liek 3 fuckin V12's... talk about power...

  • that is one bad f-150

  • Most likely the tire hit the sled is what caused the crash, the tire hit the sled because the mini got to dancing around

  • ethanol rulezz!!!

  • HOLY CRAP!!! The last one was a TRIPLE ALLISON!! That means 3 V12 WWII P51 Mustang motors!! That's a 3 big chunks of cash sitting on that thing....whew

  • I didn't see anyone rushing forward to help, why the warning?

  • Just for safety most likely, the driver had a crew near the finish line, probably didn't want then there in the event he was hurt

  • Stupid Honda guys thing they have power, then why don't we see imports engines strapped to these things?

  • @toctuning lol like if alll the imports where hondas....and the reason why those engines are all american is because it would be stupid to search for more exmpensivwe toyota or nissan v8 when there is millions of american v8 around north america

  • @VentoDriver

Exactly my point bro, do you think of a hard tuned supra when you think "import"? Not me, I think of honda/acura with pep boys wings and fart can mufflers welded to factory systems.

BTW, I know why the engines are american, it would indeed be stupid to build 1UZ or 2UZ Toyota V8's to do this sort of thing when it's full well and capable with an affordable and easy to source american engine. That seems to be a no brainer.

  • @toctuning @toctuning It isn't because imports don't have power...

Loving german cars, when I think of imports I think of european and nice jdm cars.

Hondas/acuras with pep boys, wings and fart can mufflers are not what I think when I think of imports, cause those are just ricers or kids too often at wall-mart... I pray for them lol

  • @VentoDriver

I see we agree totally, all be it for different reasoning, it's all good. I totally get what your saying. I'm an all Toyota person myself. BMW E30 and E36 3 series models have always sparked interest too. Plenty of good cars out there, it's just that I live right next to the main drag that "cruise" nights are held on and there is some wack cars being called "imports" when clearly they are an abomination to the automotive industry.

  • @toctuning yes we do! true, sadly there is to many of them...they make us look all like stupid crazy driving that don't give shit about others on the road...we all pay the price

  • And That's Why They Have Roll Cages!

  • i was there!

  • You have to love MINIS grab a hand full and HOLD ON
