Thank you for presenting a lovely video. A hundred years ago, I imagine nobody conceived of this sort of sensory stimulation. What comes a hundred years from now, I wonder?
@debilami - brilliant adaptation, very creative not to mention the fact that the "transitions" you used are "stellar" :)
Your creation is now saved in a "Favorites" folder for frequent access.
What version of Sony Vegas did you use - since they have a wide range of this product from "Lite" all the way up to "Professional"? Was unaware of this program and hoping you will respond because I would like to try it with my (not a professional) projects.
beautiful. I always imagine the universe when I'm listening to classical music. Also, this is one of my favorite symphonies. Thanks for posting this :)
Am I the only one who sees things? Because I can see the head of a bear, an angry elephant, a child reaching for the stars... And I only saw two pictures.
@NamikazeH I don't see what you see but I remember some time ago someone told me that the first thing he saw was a phoenix within the transition effect, and this is true. Now when I watch the video I can't miss the phoenix at every transition.
& this was all images taken by the HST. Some " space videos " use astronomical art / artist conceptions to pad their videos rather than all astronomical imagery from beginning to end. Impressive !
Wow!!! It is reasonable to share that our l'il species has barely scratched the surface when it comes to exploring this incredible world and cosmos. Thank goodness that there are brilliant minds building these wonderful telescopes. And, thanks for sharing this vid.
Outstanding visuals. They add a great deal to this classical piece. You have done an excellent job here. It is very much appreciated. Thank you for this post.
7 minutes 45 seconds to see how God plays marbles in this wonderful universe is the elixir of visual ecstasy (((thank God, thank you Universe))) I love
Wow! Thank you Debi! I just used some Hubble for a video with a friend's harp music. Then, today, I was listening to th 7th and wondered what videos were out there and found yours! Fantastic! Thank you!
This is epic beyond belief! and what makes it so much more amazing is that Beethoven was deaf when he wrote this! If this is not true talent, that what on gods good green earth is???!!!
Thank you for this brilliant idea to join together such an outstanding music with such amazing pictures. It is very comfortable to feel that Beethoven is still alive on us...
il est difficile d imaginer la beauté du monde et du cosmos .... sauf quand on la présente avec une musique de Beethoven ... alors la la beauté du monde entier se révèle
One of the greatest pieces ever created. Although I am not religious I can only describe Beethoven's talent as devine. Great idea fusing the music together with these incredible images. Why fear death when there is such beauty in the universe. The universe is so vast and beautiful and life perhaps so precious that it is a privilege to exist in the first place.
@sidoney101 I agree with you on all points but one. It is not divine, it is human. You underestimate humanity too much! Believe it or not, there actually was a time when all humans weren't so thick headed and dull ;). But, again, I agree with you, this (and all other Beethoven symphonies) are marvelous.
@bachthoven1685 I agree with you entirely. As I said I'm not religious but I suppose I used the word devine as I couldn't think of a better word. Beethoven's talent was entirely human and had nothing to do with any god.
Beethoven is immortal. Do we not all wish that our influence on the world during our short experience transcended through time to affect the minds of those many generations after us. If Man is so lucky to one day travel to the stars we will have to be listening to Beethoven not pop or rap sorry boys and girls.
A truly great idea to combine this fantasic piece of music with such breathtaking images of space. I just wish you had used more than 9 images. For example, one image every 15 seconds or so. APOD is full of really beautiful pictures you could use. I really like the transits between the images. Not any ordinary powerpoint transit :-)
antibog- The God who created the heavens and the Earth. The God who will be your and my Judge. The God to Whom I shall pray to have mercy on your soul.
How could I even describe the sensation I feel right now?
I am amazed at the same time my knees shook as the reality of how vast the universe is and how little the Pale Blue Dot really is is swirling inside my brain.
It makes me humble, and at the same time, weak...
Imagine, this sublime music created by a deaf and sickly man, fitting so perfectly the images of a universe that he could never see. By what miracle can mortals create such works? It is a greater power than ourselves that provides the magic. We are simply the instruments through which the majesty of creation can be both expressed, and received.
Just some times, the music and video go together so well.. this, is one of those times.. Mere words are not enough to express the beauty of the music and the pictures from the Hubble.. How fragile we are.. Thank you xx
I see the hand of God in it all! And Beethoven provides the soundtrack. Surely God's hand moved though Ludwig's soul to create this.
