i plan on putting a billet steering wheel in my 94 f-150..to get an adapter do i need to know how many splines it has or what..any help or links to find one..thanx
@arnoldt14 yes. as long as its nice and tight once you snug the center bolt down it should be good. it was tight because it hasnt been removed in a while.
How much do you think it would cost if I had some one at a parts shop to remove the factory steering wheel and put on a momo racing steering wheel?

is it supposed to be easy to slide it back on after you pull it? I mean it was hard to pull off but it goes on easy now is that normal?

Thank you. Great job! What year is your truck? What's your plan? Aftermarket steering wheel? Any one in particular you can recommend?
Also, I got to wonder if a 15 year old airbad is still even good.

@pfun41 hey, the manual says to put the ignition in the lock position before you take the wheel off, any idea why?

@YourePrettyGoood Probably to keep the steering wheel from turning while you work on it. Sounds like a good idea.
