Frances Elliot Russell, the woman who raised Bertrand Russell, grew up in a Presbyterian household, and it appears that she was a strict Calvinist.
Russell's essay "Why I Am Not A Christian" is unfortunately an important piece of history as it shows the fall of, not only logic, but of Calvinism in professedly Christian circles.
Russell's logic is of Christian origin. I can only pray that he repented his wicked essay which he would have if he followed his logic.
