  • Ah, very old video. Well I still can't do a "proper" muscle up but I've made progress. Not enough for a new video yet but maybe soon, we'll see.

  • Yeah man just practice the dip part, assisted jumping reps, and explosive pull ups. You'll be pumping out sets in no time.

  • How long did it take you to get to a dead hang? In your first you have your feet on the ground. I'll work twice as hard now that, this just works as a motivation booster. Soon I'll be doing flags! hah

  • Took me a month.

    Didn't get a strict muscle up till later.

  • Pulled out 6 muscle ups today (With an injured arm) and 2 of them without touching the ground at all. For the ones not touching the ground I used my legs to build up momentum, but hey! It's progress, and pretty fast coming to =]

  • Take care of that arm! Don't rush it cause of what i told you. Do a lot of recovery and conditioning.

  • Arms fine now =] foot isn't frmo soccer, but hope I can get over that quick;y. Anyway muscle ups don't involve your feet, so while I am on break from Soccer I'll be workin hard on upper body.
