OK so there were some notes in there that sounded really pretty but you got alot of the words mixed up, and you need to work on diction, and better breathing and not singing through your nose, also your timming was a little off and kinda off key...but if you get some lessons you will get alot better trust me.

i think you should use a backing track to keep in tune. you go flat quite a lot. otherwise you have quite a nice voice.
