Hossein, I just would like to say that this is perhaps one of the best analytical studies concerning the question of biblical corruption from the Islamic standpoint. Thank you so much for producing and sharing this information. I have shared it with many of my Muslim friends. I just want to clarify a verse used in here. It should really read "Compared to God's Holiness, all our good works are like filthy rags". We should be mindful that we do not belittle good works and it certainly has its place and role in our lives. There is nothing wrong with good works and we should practice it in our lives. But over emphasising and the boasting of our own good works is the real problem, not the good works in itself. Thanks...
how cld u use quran to justify christianity? if you look into the bible carefully, no doubt dat e words of Moses/Jesus (pbut) in the Torah/Gospel were preserved by God, but e bible dat you have today also contains interpolations of words frm e disciples, kings, historians etc..wat you have to do is to compare Moses/Jesus words to all e rest, then if u find contradictions in eir statements, I supposed you know which one you shld give priority.
The Bible cannot be changed. Just because different words are used in different TRANSLATIONS, does NOT change the message. If I say' ''I went to town'' or I say, ''Jenny took me to town'', There is no change in there, just an addition of who took me and when different witnesses give their accounts of Christ's crucifixion, the message is the same. It's funny that you say the Qur'an "confirmed what came before it," when in fact the Qur'an contradicts what came before it. The Old and New Testaments define God's plan for the world and each set of scriptures confirm each other, but the Qur'an has many serious mistakes when attempting to cite theses scriptures. It mixes up the lifes accounts of prophets, steals teachings from the Old Testament and attempts to make silly stories out of them, steals passages from Gnostic Gospels, etc.

To answer it, the Taurat (the Torah) is the first five books of the Bible (in the Old Testament) which are Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers & Deuteronomy.
And the Injil (the Gospel) means the "Good News" which is the first 4 books we read in the New Testament of the Bible.
We read of 2 Covenants/Testaments in the Bible, one being the Law of Moses & the other is the New Covenant which is through the Christ.
As for other books such as Psalms, Job, Jonah, the books of Solomon, etc.., these are also what we read in the Bible, that is also mentioned in the Quran in many places.
Your statement "What is Bible? we know nothing about it.", is far from what the Quran tells us about the Bible, especially when the Quran mentions a majority of the books of the Bible.
Please ask someone for a Bible or go to biblegateway. com & read the Bible, then you'll know about the Bible.

It could mean that this “party” perverted the words of Allah as other Suras tell us WITH THEIR TONGUES (Sura 3:78 is one example). Or by adding to the meanings of the words through commentaries. Again, 2:75 doesnt say anything about corruption of the written text. The Quran says in MANY other places that the previous Scriptures are ALL the words of Allah & the Quran tells us that the words of Allah cant & will NEVER be changed.
Either this is a clear contradiction in the Quran, if we accept Sura 2:75 the way you understood it, or you’re making Allah to be a liar since he said his words cannot be changed & you are saying that Sura 2:75 is saying that somebody changed his words.
This same concept applies to the other verses you quoted....
Sura 4:46, 5:13 & 41 are talking about CONTEXT & misinterpretation. They are not even clear on WHAT exactly is being taken out of context or what exactly is being misinterpreted. The verses say that the party (VERBALLY SAID) with their TONGUES, NOTHING about the written text being changed or corrupted. If you want to say it’s talking about the written text, then AGAIN as I said before, you have a big problem because the Quran is clear that the words of Allah can’t be changed.
You are really embarrassing yourself, brother prophet Mohamed said the cure of ignorance is asking questions, but in your case your ignorance deluded you that you have answers. You used the Quran to prove your own twisted interpretation but you turned a blind eye to what the Quran says about the corruption in the Gospel and the Torah, read those verses, ch 2 V 75, ch 4 V 46, ch 5 V 13 & 41.
Thanks for your comment. The Arabic in Sura 2:75 does not mention Jews Or the Torah (if that is what YOU are referring to). Secondly this verse does not tell us WHO this “party” was. The verse is saying that a party of them which would mean A FEW within the "party" knowingly perverted the words of Allah, but again we are not sure who this party was & the verse doesn't even explain or make clear what "perverting the words of Allah" means. It doesn't say corruption of the text..

First of all Christians don't ADD to the word of God. It says in the Bible not to add to it. There is nothing wrong with using tools that help with understanding the Bible. I don't know why you would think something so stupid.
Secondly, Muslims don't see the word of God as holy. They see the word of God as "corrupted". They see the word of Satan as Holy.
The only thing we can learn from muslims is to NOT be like them.
(1)- Alcohol was not banned in the Bible. And for Muslims, it was not banned until Surat al-Baqarah. Here are a few of the MANY references in Bukhari to not only when it was banned, but why:

When the last verses of Surat-al-Baqara were revealed, the Prophet went out (of his house to the Mosque) and said, "The trade of alcohol has become illegal."

"Some people drank alcohol in the morning of the day (of the battle) of Uhud and were martyred (on the same day)." Sufyan was asked, "(Were they martyred) in the last part of the day?)" He replied, "Such information does not occur in the narration."

The alcoholic drink which was spilled was Al-Fadikh. I used to offer alcoholic drinks to the people at the residence of Abu Talha. Then the order of prohibiting Alcoholic drinks was revealed, and the Prophet ordered somebody to announce that...
And then according to this Hadith, the ban on alcohol according to Islamic sources was not until Muhammad.
So the bottom line is the completed Quran says alcohol isn't allowed right? So why would God want us to follow the Bible if it tells us otherwise? Surely if God wanted us to continue reading the Bible he would tell us to literally read the Bible for as long as the world exists but instead he sent the Quran. Why would he send the Quran if the Bible was doing fine?

This verse is Not talking about CORRUPTION of the Scriptures. It is speaking of a group of people who Wrote something CLAIMING IT IS FROM GOD but it wasn't, just as the verse says itself & trying to SELL as if it was from God. If this group of people corrupted the Torah for example, the Quran would be VERY clear about it & say so! But this verse is vague & has no detail to what this certain group of people wrote. There is No mention in the verse of what was actually being written as Scripture.

Option (1) destroys the claim of divine inspiration of the Qur'an. Option (2) implies that S. 3:49 (and others) are wrong. Option (3) is a serious historical error. Option (4) means that S. 14:4 is wrong. Finally, option (5) means that the Greek Gospel, Christian NT is the Injil after all and, consequently, the Quranic claim of a "Gospel of 'Isa" cannot be upheld and S. 5:46 is also wrong.

Jesus was one of the messengers sent by Allah, and the message given to Jesus is the Injil (S. 5:46).
Jesus was sent to the Children of Israel (S. 3:49).
Allah sent all of his messengers with (a message in) the language of the people of the messenger, i.e. the messenger delivered the message in his own language.

Have you read the Arabic? The Arabic word is "Kalima" not "mashe'ah". Kalimat Allah is what we read in the Arabic which means Allah's words. "Mashe'ah" means will, and we DON'T read that in the Arabic.

Anyways, let's say for arguments sake you are right (which you are not), and what it is saying is that you can't change Allah's "will", it doesn't change the fact that the Quran tells you to go to the Bible and it confirms it in MANY Suras.

Of course translations are not identical, it's not rocket science. Is Yusuf Ali's translation of the Quran same as Shakir's? As I say in the video, if there are any differences in the Greek original New Testament manuscripts, again, we can see the differences in the footnotes and AGAIN, like I said in the video the differences are never doctrinal or of any importance, Jesus Christ is still the Son of God and was still crucified! You won't find any manuscripts that says otherwise.

People who speak Hebrew read it in its original language. Then, for the New Testament, people who speak Greek read it in its original language, whoever doesnt speak those languages reads the translation & BELIEVE IT OR NOT its the same case with the Quran lol, pretty simple really!

Are versions translations? How many versions of the English Quran then? Yusuf Ali, Muhsin Khan, Pickthall, Shakir.....thats just to name a few off the top of my head.
And AGAIN, if there are any differences they are in the footnotes.
Origionally all the Holly books were the same regardless to the way they were written but when the Bible and Torah has been changed for the sake of human selfish needs Quran has came and summed them all up and still never changed untilll now !!

If you want I can give you verses from the Quran that say the Quran has been changed (abrogated), and I can show you from the Hadith (Bukhari) that there was 6 versions of the Quran that were buried or burned because they had differences in them, plus many other problems from the Hadith on how the Quran was put together.
The Quran doesn't sum it all up, it contradicts the Bible in many places.

As for other books such as Psalms, Job, Jonah, the books of Solomon, etc.., these are also what we read in the Bible, that is also mentioned in the Quran in many places.
Your statement "What is Bible? we know nothing about it.", is far from what the Quran tells us about the Bible, especially when the Quran mentions a majority of the books of the Bible.
Please ask someone for a Bible or go to biblegateway. com & read the Bible, then you'll know about the Bible.

U know a child has to pass grade 1, grade 2 & so on finally he got desired degree like masters or PHD etc
ALLAH said that QURAN is HIS Final word & Islam is HIS Final Religion.
Means Quran & Islam is the Final desired degree of believers.
So Muslim must believe in existing books & past prophets
& Christan, Jews etc must believe in Quran & Last prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم)
Since PHD is more valued then master. So Allah will value Islam over past religions. So all ppl must follow Islam only.

Allah is not dependent on people or sources.
if HE wants to save or wants to destroy something He would create the sources by Himself as per His Will.
HE SAVED WHAT HE WANTS TO SAVE. If something lost then it means HE DOES NOT WANT TO SAVE THAT!

It could mean that this “party” perverted the words of Allah as other Suras tell us WITH THEIR TONGUES (Sura 3:78 is one example). Or by adding to the meanings of the words through commentaries. Again, 2:75 doesnt say anything about corruption of the written text. The Quran says in MANY other places that the previous Scriptures are ALL the words of Allah & the Quran tells us that the words of Allah cant & will NEVER be changed.

Either this is a clear contradiction in the Quran, if we accept Sura 2:75 the way you understood it, or you’re making Allah to be a liar since he said his words cannot be changed & you are saying that Sura 2:75 is saying that somebody changed his words.
This same concept applies to the other verses you quoted....

Sura 4:46, 5:13 & 41 are talking about CONTEXT & misinterpretation. They are not even clear on WHAT exactly is being taken out of context or what exactly is being misinterpreted. The verses say that the party (VERBALLY SAID) with their TONGUES, NOTHING about the written text being changed or corrupted. If you want to say it’s talking about the written text, then AGAIN as I said before, you have a big problem because the Quran is clear that the words of Allah can’t be changed.

You are really embarrassing yourself, brother prophet Mohamed said the cure of ignorance is asking questions, but in your case your ignorance deluded you that you have answers. You used the Quran to prove your own twisted interpretation but you turned a blind eye to what the Quran says about the corruption in the Gospel and the Torah, read those verses, ch 2 V 75, ch 4 V 46, ch 5 V 13 & 41.

Thanks for your comment. The Arabic in Sura 2:75 does not mention Jews Or the Torah (if that is what YOU are referring to). Secondly this verse does not tell us WHO this “party” was. The verse is saying that a party of them which would mean A FEW within the "party" knowingly perverted the words of Allah, but again we are not sure who this party was & the verse doesn't even explain or make clear what "perverting the words of Allah" means. It doesn't say corruption of the text..

First of all Christians don't ADD to the word of God. It says in the Bible not to add to it. There is nothing wrong with using tools that help with understanding the Bible. I don't know why you would think something so stupid.
Secondly, Muslims don't see the word of God as holy. They see the word of God as "corrupted". They see the word of Satan as Holy.
The only thing we can learn from muslims is to NOT be like them.

(1)- Alcohol was not banned in the Bible. And for Muslims, it was not banned until Surat al-Baqarah. Here are a few of the MANY references in Bukhari to not only when it was banned, but why:
Volume 3, Book 34, Number 429:
Narrated 'Aisha:
When the last verses of Surat-al-Baqara were revealed, the Prophet went out (of his house to the Mosque) and said, "The trade of alcohol has become illegal."
This is when alcohol was banned for Muslims... Continued in next comment...

Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah:
"Some people drank alcohol in the morning of the day (of the battle) of Uhud and were martyred (on the same day)." Sufyan was asked, "(Were they martyred) in the last part of the day?)" He replied, "Such information does not occur in the narration."
Muhammad's followers according to this Hadith drank on the day of the battle. This is another reason why it became prohibited... Continued in next comment...

Narrated Anas:
The alcoholic drink which was spilled was Al-Fadikh. I used to offer alcoholic drinks to the people at the residence of Abu Talha. Then the order of prohibiting Alcoholic drinks was revealed, and the Prophet ordered somebody to announce that...
And then according to this Hadith, the ban on alcohol according to Islamic sources was not until Muhammad.

So the bottom line is the completed Quran says alcohol isn't allowed right? So why would God want us to follow the Bible if it tells us otherwise? Surely if God wanted us to continue reading the Bible he would tell us to literally read the Bible for as long as the world exists but instead he sent the Quran. Why would he send the Quran if the Bible was doing fine?

You immediately pose the question of why God would send the Qur'an in the first place- there is no evidence it is from God. God is all powerful and His word lasts forever, therefore, the real question really is- why on earth would God send the Qur'an? Because the bible really was not just fine, it is perfect. The Qur'an itself says Allah's words cannot be changed, clearly it can be if he allowed it to be changed in the first place?

but the Quran wasn't Described .. The Quran was written as god said it to Muhamad 'PBUH' so you will find in many verses in the Quran Allah is talking ,, but in the bible it says Jesus said to God and God said to jesus which means there's someone writing this,, and it has to change!

Okay, first off, the topic of the video is not whether the Quran says that Jesus is the Son of God or Not the Son of God... that is not the topic. So that scratches out your verse.
Sura 5:17 has NOTHING to do with the topic neither does it "prove" anything that I said in the video.
The point of the video is that the Quran refers you to the previous Scriptures (the Bible), and says Nothing about corruption in the previous Scriptures. The Quran actually supports the Bible.

The Old Testament has tons of prophecies about Jesus , his coming , it's meaning , his death , resurrection , and spreading of the word. But there is no mention of islam or mohammed , other than the warning of false prophets dressed in sheeps clothing but rather being ravenous wolves. You believe in scriptures that prophecy of Jesus and Christianity as the word of God , and all others as false teachings. How can you then believe your religion ?

This verse is Not talking about CORRUPTION of the Scriptures. It is speaking of a group of people who Wrote something CLAIMING IT IS FROM GOD but it wasn't, just as the verse says itself & trying to SELL as if it was from God. If this group of people corrupted the Torah for example, the Quran would be VERY clear about it & say so! But this verse is vague & has no detail to what this certain group of people wrote. There is No mention in the verse of what was actually being written as Scripture.

Option (1) destroys the claim of divine inspiration of the Qur'an. Option (2) implies that S. 3:49 (and others) are wrong. Option (3) is a serious historical error. Option (4) means that S. 14:4 is wrong. Finally, option (5) means that the Greek Gospel, Christian NT is the Injil after all and, consequently, the Quranic claim of a "Gospel of 'Isa" cannot be upheld and S. 5:46 is also wrong.

Jesus was one of the messengers sent by Allah, and the message given to Jesus is the Injil (S. 5:46).
Jesus was sent to the Children of Israel (S. 3:49).
Allah sent all of his messengers with (a message in) the language of the people of the messenger, i.e. the messenger delivered the message in his own language.

The use of the Greek title indicates one or more of the following.
1. The author of the Qur'an didn't know the language of the Jews.
2.Jesus was not sent to the Jews.
3.The language of the Jews was Greek.
4.Jesus was a messenger who was sent to people with a language that is not theirs.
5. The Greek Gospel is recognized by the Quran to be the Gospel of 'Isa.

Hey, just for reference, I didnt know this before, but did you guys know that the great "muslim" cultural art/architecture, the Dome of the Rock, was actually built by a JEW, and COPIED from the Church of the Holy Sepulcher which was built by Christians hundreds of years prior to the Dome!!
Guess the Quran isnt the only thing muslims copied from Christians and dhimmis....hehe

Have you read the Arabic? The Arabic word is "Kalima" not "mashe'ah". Kalimat Allah is what we read in the Arabic which means Allah's words. "Mashe'ah" means will, and we DON'T read that in the Arabic.
You Stop misinterpreting the words.
Anyways, let's say for arguments sake you are right (which you are not), and what it is saying is that you can't change Allah's "will", it doesn't change the fact that the Quran tells you to go to the Bible and it confirms it in MANY Suras.

Of course translations are not identical, it's not rocket science. Is Yusuf Ali's translation of the Quran same as Shakir's? As I say in the video, if there are any differences in the Greek original New Testament manuscripts, again, we can see the differences in the footnotes and AGAIN, like I said in the video the differences are never doctrinal or of any importance, Jesus Christ is still the Son of God and was still crucified! You won't find any manuscripts that says otherwise.

there really is only one version of the Arabic Qur'an. the other six were destroyed cuz they had no vowels. wud u b able 2 understand wat i write e.g. stpd with 'i' and 'u' it bcomes stupid. the Qur'an we hav 2day is one with vowels. i am pakistani and wen i read Urdu i can hardly understand it cuz it does not hav any vowels. if it had vowels i wud understand it quite clearly :)

People who speak Hebrew read it in its original language. Then, for the New Testament, people who speak Greek read it in its original language, whoever doesnt speak those languages reads the translation & BELIEVE IT OR NOT its the same case with the Quran lol, pretty simple really!
Of course there are no two versions of the Quran, the other 6 were destroyed, the 1 You have is the Uthman version, I bet you Zaid bin Thabit's version was nicer(Bukhari vol 6, Book 61, #509)

As I said in the VIDEO, IF there are any differences in the text, we can see them in the footnotes. These differences are never doctrinal or of any importance.
Are versions translations? How many versions of the English Quran then? Yusuf Ali, Muhsin Khan, Pickthall, Shakir.....thats just to name a few off the top of my head.
And AGAIN, if there are any differences they are in the footnotes.

I'm sorry to be rude but did you watch the video? I addressed all that you said in the video.
If you want I can give you verses from the Quran that say the Quran has been changed (abrogated), and I can show you from the Hadith (Bukhari) that there was 6 versions of the Quran that were buried or burned because they had differences in them, plus many other problems from the Hadith on how the Quran was put together.
The Quran doesn't sum it all up, it contradicts the Bible in many places.
