It was a serious lapse in judgement, one that's not easily forgiven by her just saying sorry. Having a great sense of accountability is a key aspect of acting in children's television and movies, something she didn't quite have.
After all, would we allow Paris Hilton to act in children's movies? There's a damn good reason why she doesn't...

@125vampirella This isn't "hate", it's practical advice. And no, she can't get any role she wants. Her filmography, to date, has been pretty poor, aside from High School Musical. Apparently, she isn't sorry, because she took more nude pix and now no one wants to sign her. She's an actress, her image has to be carefully controlled for a target audience, and since it's already been tainted, guess what? She's a low-rate celebrity at best, not a serious contender.
