Don't know if you guys know the risk of the tombstone... Randy had the head of the undertaker below his knees. A Tombstone is landed on the knees of the one who does it. If the undertaker didn't put his arms on the floor he would of suffered serious damage.

It takes a certain height to perform the tombstone in a good way. Orton is tall, but taker is taller. This causes the tombstone to look a little awkward.

This is also propably why Kane or taker never tomstoned Big Show or Khali. I'm sure they had the strength in their prime, but the height issue made it difficult (or impossible?) to do it safely.
