we also have a cry baby bridge in columbus GA. It doesnt appear to be sloped up hill if anything it has a slight downhill slope and as far as the finger prints on the back of the car even though he said he "washed" it. im sure he didnt scrub the bumper so im sure that was from where other people have touched it and when you out baby powder on it they residue from the fingers shows up. kinda like if you touch a window the it fogs up you can then see the finger prints.
