mashallah, I'm so amazed to know that she is koran hafiz(subhanallah), i liked little girls voice and pronounciation everything but few things here to be noted,still she is only 12yrs old,so far its ok but to read koran in that much loud voice by the women is not allowed in islam and she should be informed about it.also its not a matter of making fun,there should be a respectful environment

I will be clapping my hands too if I were there because of excitement and appreciation. Allah knows their intention for clapping hands and I dont tthink this is a wrong thing to do. To appreciate the gift of Allah We have to give Islam a chance to show the world that it is understandable and tolerable and not being categorized as a strict and fanatic religion which drives people away fearing their heads and hands being chopped off and stoned to death. How refreshing to see a child taught how to read Quran by her father in such a beautiful way. @nusaiba4 يا أخانا الطيب بعد السلام عليكم في كلام مختصر أولا أهل السنة والجماعة معترضون على تلاوة بعض مشائخنا الكبار حتّى عبد الباسط عبد الصمد وقد سرد في هذا الموضوع مبحث طويل أرجوك ابحث عنه اسمه بدع القراء من مقامات ووضع الأيدي على الأذن وكذلك المقامات الموسيقية وقد أسرد عنها فضيلة الشيخ محمود خليل الحصري في كتابه أحكام تلاوة القرءان وقال أنه يجوز القراءة بالمقامات مع مراعاة أحكام التجويد ولكن هذا رأي مردود والله أعلى وأعلم فكل يؤخذ منه ويرد إلا رسول الله ... بوركت

This is kinda Haram coz it's like singing a song by the quraan....I mean just look at the teacher and his hands moving with the rhythm of the girl's voice and then the audience applauding.
I seriously do not agree with this or even encourage it or with what the girl is doing and her teacher, at all !!!

mashallah, I'm so amazed to know that she is koran hafiz(subhanallah), i liked little girls voice and pronounciation everything but few things here to be noted,still she is only 12yrs old,so far its ok but to read koran in that much loud voice by the women is not allowed in islam and she should be informed about it.also its not a matter of making fun,there should be a respectful environment

I will be clapping my hands too if I were there because of excitement and appreciation. Allah knows their intention for clapping hands and I dont tthink this is a wrong thing to do. To appreciate the gift of Allah We have to give Islam a chance to show the world that it is understandable and tolerable and not being categorized as a strict and fanatic religion which drives people away fearing their heads and hands being chopped off and stoned to death. Be sensible in this modern world!

However,I do not like the fact that the teacher is acting like a musical teacher rather than a teacher of Qur'an with his hand jestures and such performences
There's no need for the hand movements to mark pitch and such. Thats a conductors job when he controls an orchestra in classical music.
He should rather love the voice which recites good and not enjoy her voice as melody.
That is why women do not recite in public. cause some men's hearts lie evil.

How refreshing to see a child taught how to read Quran by her father in such a beautiful way. Comments about how the Quran shoudnt be sung are by ignorant people who envy not being able to read like this and have no understanding of reading in the different Maqaams. Im sure this child puts them to shame! How important to get our younsters to understand recitation and appreciate it in this day of modern corrupting music. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!

Well there are rules for quran to recite those are said to be tajweed and Maqam are style ( Melodies ) to recite the quran. Can I ask is there any melody do you see in clapping ??? Is clapping a maqam of reciting a quran?? Is clapping a way to applause the reciter???Any judgement on that...
