The reason i got into bikes is because with a car you have to spend alot of money and do a shit load of mods to make it fast enough but with bikes well a stock standard R1 or GSXR1000 is faster then most cars out there. In this case the 750 is rippin it up

cars are eventually faster, handle better, and brake better. It all comes down to traction and cars have 4 tires compared to two of a bike. Compare times of F1 vs Moto GP and you will see, or top fuel dragster vs fastest drag bikes. But for the money you cant beat a bike, I love em. ( I have a zx-10r, I ride dirt bikes, I have 4 bikes total )  Punking fast cars on zx10 is fun but I feel guilty, like pickin on a retarded kid in school, just not right.

wow that was a really good launch! is it possible to lauch so well with a 1000cc gsxr too? Because if you give too much throttle youll just spin, so should i just be giving less gas off the line?

AND GUYS when im drag racing so i slowly roll onto the gas in first gear? because if i just punch to WOT I wheelie EASY(TOO EASY) so if i wheelie i'm slower correct? so I roll with as much acceleration as possible without lifting the front wheel right? Can someone expierenced explain this to me pwease?

I screwed up my motors you were right. 2nd- you still don't have shit because I have owned both, driven and rode both where you have probably owned a honda cxr with chopped springs and hub-caps. Saw the vid by the way, that skyline is sick those are the new ones that came out this year or last... not sure. You take the Ferrari f1 and a 800cc moto gp superbike, the Ferrari still won't have the power to weight ratio that the bike has. Race bikes, even my 06 gsxr 750 probably weighs less than your fat ass. I had a 94 skyline r-32 with the rb20DET motor and I have my bike now and it would eat it alive. Only advantage of 4 wheels is better handling and a faster take off if you have AWD. Nuff said.

that is one awesome GTR, but to put it in perspective, its an old 750..... the new ones are faster, stock. No tuning, experimenting or anything - just get on and hold on... the 1k's and busas are way way faster than the 750's.... amazing they are street legal... i love bikes...

I love them both, both are unique. I'd put 100k into the GTR but I'd get an r32 because of the weight ratio, plus I love it better then the r33,r34. I would ride the gixxer only if I wanted to get somewhere really fast haha. @MaPeXi, how do you know that? Send us info I don't believe!

the new 750's will run around mid 10 second quarter stock, with exhaust and intake you can get like 9-15 hp, an a little more with a power commander, thats around almost 135 hp and low 10 or high 9 quarter miles, all for around $11,000. cars and bikes both have their strong and weak points, i have a bike for summer and playing and a truck for when it snows or if i need to get more than a gallon of milk lol

Some cars will beat bikes in a drag race but its difficult, but around a track its a different story a well setup car has the advantage of a sport bike any day on a track. The car has more contact patches to help in braking and maintain traction in turns.
