I have no clue who the robot with what looks like a cane at :26 is nor who the decepticon is at :35 on the left of the screen.

But cool to see that Devestator may be in more of the movie than first reported. I have read Devestator would only be in the Tokyo fight but that is just a night fight not a day battle that shows him in at :32

I thought that looked like Blackout but was apparently mistaken that he was not going to be in the second one.

Also noticed if you look closely the decepticon kicking Prime looks like Megatron.

I doubt this scene, set in an Earth forrest, is a flashback as Prime had no chance to fight Blackout in a forrest before or during the first film.

As I said it was reported from the prodcuers of the film that Megatron would only show up in flashbacks.

The scene in the forrest does clearly show the producers lied yet again just to cause confusion.

The robot with the cane is Jetfire. He's a cranky old fart. He starts off as a Decepticon but he switches sides to the Autobots due to his age and wisdom.

And the Decepticon to the left at the 0:35 mark is indeed Blackout from the first film.

Yeah. It's been confirmed that he is indeed Jetfire and that he will be voiced by John Torturro in the film (who also plays the role of Agent Simmons in the first film and in this one). I'm still skeptical about making Jetfire a crusty old veteran. I just hope he'll still be just as badass without being a train wreck. From what Michael Bay has said about Jetfire: "he's old, he sometimes forgets things, he can't transform right sometimes, and he's occasionally loosing screws, nuts, and bolts."
